Facility Increase Request definition
Facility Increase Request means the notice in the form of Exhibit H pursuant to which the Borrowers request an increase of the Maximum Commitment in accordance with Section 3.6.
Facility Increase Request means a notice substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit F pursuant to which Borrower requests a Facility Increase.
Facility Increase Request is defined in Section 2.5(d)(i).

Provided no Default, Event of Default, Cash Sweep Event or Cure Plan Event has occurred and is continuing, and subject to compliance with the terms of this Section 2.02, upon delivery to the Administrative Agent (with a copy to the Collateral Trustee) by the Borrower Representative of a Facility Increase Request, the Borrowers may request a permanent increase of the Maximum Commitment.
More Definitions of Facility Increase Request
Facility Increase Request means the request of the Borrower, in writing (which may be by email), to the Administrative Agent and the Lenders for an increase in the amount of the Maximum Facility Amount in accordance with Section 2.5.
Facility Increase Request shall have the meaning set forth in subsection 2.6(b)(i) hereof.
