Facility Guarantors definition

Facility Guarantors means any Person executing a Facility Guarantee.

Facility Guarantors means each of the Subsidiaries of the Borrower, now existing or hereafter created, other than Foreign Subsidiaries.

Facility Guarantors means (i) each of the Subsidiaries of the Borrower, whether now existing or hereafter created or acquired, other than any Foreign Subsidiaries, and (ii) any other Person required to become a Facility Guarantor hereunder.

Facility Guarantors shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the preamble of this Agreement.
