Facility Cap definition
Facility Cap shall have the meaning given the term in the Recitals of this Agreement.
Facility Cap means, at all times, Thirteen Million Dollars ($13,000,000) as such amount may be terminated or reduced from time to time in accordance with Section 9.1 of this Agreement.
