Facility B Maturity Date definition

Facility B Maturity Date means November 2, 2002, or the earlier date of ------------------------ termination in whole of the Facility B Commitment pursuant to Section 2.6 or 8.2 ----------- --- hereof.

Facility B Maturity Date means the date which is 364 days after the date of this Agreement subject to an extension pursuant to Clause 14 (Extension of Facility B).

Facility B Maturity Date has the meaning set forth in Section 1.B.

• Such interest shall be payable on the earlier of demand or the Facility A Maturity Date or the Facility B Maturity Date, as appropriate, and shall accrue until the earlier of (i) waiver or cure (to the satisfaction of the Determining Lenders) of the applicable Event of Default, (ii) agreement by the Lenders to rescind the charging of interest at the Default Rate, or (iii) payment in full of the Obligations.

• Following delivery of an Extension Notice pursuant to Clause 14.1 above, the Original Facility B Maturity Date shall be extended to the day which is 364 days from (and including) the Original Facility B Maturity Date and the Facility B Maturity Date shall be modified accordingly.

• A Company may not extend the Facility B Maturity Date in accordance with this Agreement more than once.

• The dilemma implies that non-participants may hold contradictory ideas about protest violence, and that its use can be legitimised as self-defence when protesters have to confront authorities who restrict the right to protest.

• To the extent not otherwise required to be paid earlier as provided herein, the principal amount of the Facility B Advances, all accrued interest and fees thereon, and all other Obligations related thereto, shall be due and payable in full on the Facility B Maturity Date.

More Definitions of Facility B Maturity Date

Facility B Maturity Date means, the earlier of (i) December 31, 2009 ------------------------ and (ii) the acceleration of such Loan upon the occurrence of an Event of Default affecting such Loan, unless extended by the Lender pursuant to any modification, extension or renewal note executed by the Borrowers and accepted by the Lender in its sole and absolute discretion in substitution for a Facility B Term Note.

Facility B Maturity Date means the date falling five (5) years after the first Utilisation Date of Facility B.

Facility B Maturity Date means March 5, 2004.
