Facility Availability Period definition

Facility Availability Period means the period commencing on June 12, 2013 and ending on July 28, 2019 (or if such day is not a Business Day, the next succeeding Business Day). Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, at any time during the Facility Availability Period, Seller may request an extension of the Facility Availability Period which extension shall be in Buyer’s sole discretion and subject to the terms and conditions determined by Buyer in its sole discretion.
