Facility A1 definition

Facility A1 means the term loan facility made available under this Agreement as described in paragraph (a)(i) of Clause 2.1 (The Facilities).

Facility A1 means the English law governed up to EUR 1,150,000,000 term loan facility made or to be made available to KDVS and/or KDG as an add-on facility under the Credit Agreement for the purposes of, inter alia, repaying any and all outstandings under the Facility A. Facility B is a revolving credit facility made available under the terms of the Credit Agreement.

Facility A1 means the credit facility designated as the A1 Credit Agreement, dated the Closing Date, by and between EECI and Enbridge Partners, as it may be amended, supplemented or restated from time to time.

• The term loan facility comprises of $60.0 million (Facility A1), $20.0 million (Facility A2), $22.5 million (Facility B1) and $7.5 million (Facility B2) with maturity tenure of 36 months for A1 and B1 and 60 months for A2 and B2.

• As at 31 December 2015 Facility A1 is fully drawn down and outstanding and £96,003,500 of Facility A2 has been drawn down and is outstanding.
