Facility A1 means the English law governed up to EUR 1,150,000,000 term loan facility made or to be made available to KDVS and/or KDG as an add-on facility under the Credit Agreement for the purposes of, inter alia, repaying any and all outstandings under the Facility A. Facility B is a revolving credit facility made available under the terms of the Credit Agreement.
