Borrower promises to pay to Bank the entire outstanding unpaid principal balance (and all accrued unpaid interest thereon) of the Facility-A Loan Account on October 14, 1999 ("Facility- A Maturity Date").
This obligation of each Lender is unconditional and, for greater certainty, shall apply both before and after the occurrence of any Default or Event of Default, both before and after the Facility A Maturity Date and both before and after the termination or cancellation of the Facility A Total Commitment.
The Letter of Credit Commissions shall be payable quarterly in arrears for the number of days outstanding, at the rate specified above and in the currency of such Letter of Credit, on the last day of each of March, June, September and December and on the Facility A Maturity Date so long as such Letter of Credit shall remain outstanding.

No Letter of Credit shall have an expiration date (including all rights of renewal) later than the earlier of (i) the Facility A Maturity Date or (ii) one year after the date of issuance thereof.
