More Definitions of Facilities & Services

Facilities & Services means those services described in Section 2.2 and Schedule 3. Common Units means common units representing limited partner interests in the MLP. Conflicts Committee shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in the MLP’s agreement of limited partnership, as amended from time to time.
