Facilities Charge. The monthly Interconnection Facilities Charge of $560.43, which is the product of 0.39% (Customer-Financed Monthly Rate) and $143,700.00 (Interconnection Facilities Cost) provided for under the SGIA.

More Definitions of Facilities Charge
Facilities Charge means a one-time fee that a new customer must pay, consistent with WAC 480-110-455 (Water company funding mechanisms), before the company will connect the customer's property to the water system.
