Extradition Proceeding definition
Extradition Proceeding means any formal process by which an INSURED located in any country is or is sought to be surrendered to any other country for trial or otherwise to answer a WRONGFUL ACT.
Extradition Proceeding means any formal process to determine if an Insured Person located in any country is surrendered to any other country to stand trial for any criminal offense arising from any Wrongful Act the Insured Person is alleged to have committed.
Extradition Proceeding means a proceeding pursuant to the Extradition Act 2003 or such equivalent in any other jurisdiction.

Extradition Proceeding means, in respect of the provisions of the Extradition Act 1999 or any of its replacements or amendments:
Extradition Proceeding means any formal process by which an Insured Person located in any country is sought to be surrendered to any other country for trial or otherwise to answer any criminal accusations, and any related appeal or judicial review applications challenging any extradition decision by the responsible governmental authority.
Extradition Proceeding means proceedings following a request for deportation, extradition or arrest warrant including an appeal or separate proceeding to overturn an extradition order
Extradition Proceeding means any proceeding against an insured person including any related appeal, any judicial review applications or any challenge or appeal of any extradition decision by
Extradition Proceeding means a formal written request, pursuant to an applicable treaty, from one country (“the Requesting Country”) to another (“the Requested Country”) to have an “Insured Person” extradited from the Requested Country to the Requesting Country.
Extradition Proceeding means:
(i) a written request for extradition of an Insured, a warrant for the arrest of an Insured or the other proceedings commenced against an Insured under the Extradition Law of the Republic of China and/or any associated regulations; or
(ii) any associated appeals, including but not limited to the pursuit of judicial review proceedings or executive or administrative review, order or other action, against the decision of the court to issue a surrender warrant under the Extradition Law of the Republic of China; or
(iii) the equivalent of the above in any other jurisdiction.
A Wrongful Act is not required for cover for an Extradition Proceeding.
Extradition Proceeding means a proceeding commenced in the United Kingdom pursuant to the Extradition Acts 1965 to 2003 by the service upon an Assured of an arrest warrant in respect of an offence allegedly committed in the United States of America. Provided always that the said offence shall also have been committed and/or allegedly committed by the Assured in the course of the Assured’s employment by the Employer declared to Underwriters in the Proposal Form or other subsequent Employer subject to the terms of Condition 11).
