Examples of Extra Expenses in a sentence
Extra Expenses will be paid under this Policy only to the extent that such expenses avoid or minimise a reduction of Business Income that otherwise would have been payable under Insuring Agreement 1.2 or Automatic Extension 2.5. The amount of any Extra Expense will be reduced to the extent the Insured can return its Business Operations to normal and discontinue incurring such Extra Expense.

Extra Expenses means reasonable expenses an Insured incurs in an attempt to continue Operations that are over and above the expenses such Insured would have normally incurred. Extra Expenses do not include any costs of updating, upgrading or remediation of an Insured’s System that are not otherwise covered under this policy.

Extra Expenses means the excess (if any) of the total cost during the restoration period for the purpose of continuing the Insured's business over and above the total cost that would normally have been incurred to conduct the business during the same period had no loss occurred. This will include the cost of using the property of others or other similar necessary emergency expenses. Any salvage value of such property remaining after resumption of normal operations shall be taken into consideration in the adjustment of any insured loss.
Extra Expenses means additional and reasonable costs the Insured would otherwise not have incurred, but for the happening of an event insured against under this Policy, in order to complete project/production in substantially the same manner as originally scheduled
Extra Expenses means reasonable and necessary expenses that You incur during the Period of Indemnity to minimize, reduce or avoid the suspension of Your business operations as a result of a Dependent System Failure, which You would not have incurred in the absence of such Dependent System Failure.
