External Works means subject to Clause 4.11.6, all or any of: connecting to existing Conducting Media [and the installation of new Conducting Media] under paragraph 1 of Part 1 of the Schedule; the installation of any apparatus permitted under the exception to Clause 4.11.1(b); and the installation of any Aerials and Plant and Conducting Media between them and the Premises under paragraph 5 of Part 1 of the Schedule;
