Clause 5.10 will apply if any relocation of External Works is required following a reallocation of the Supply Runs.
If a permanent relocation of the External Works is required by the Landlord, the Landlord may serve notice under clause 4.12.1(b), but only if the relocation of the External Works will not have a material adverse impact on the Tenant’s business at the Premises.
If the Landlord requires temporary relocation of the External Works, the Landlord must keep the period of relocation as short as reasonably practicable in the circumstances.
The Landlord may not require the permanent relocation of the External Works if that relocation would have a material adverse impact on the Tenant’s business at the Premises.
The Tenant must comply with the Landlord’s requirements to relocate the External Works.
