Extended Support definition

Extended Support means a support under this scheme for which a person is eligible under Part 12 (extended support);
Extended Support means HiveMQ’s premier support offerings as specified in this Annex C.
Extended Support means the services which may be available from Entrust under a separate agreement, for Superseded Products or non-standard support relating to reinstatement of Support Services.

  • We offer four (4) levels of Technical Support Services – Standard Support, Extended Support, Premier Support and Elite Support – each of which is provided by us in accordance with and described in the Technical Support Policy.

More Definitions of Extended Support

Extended Support means the services which may be available from Entrust for discontinued Software under a separate agreement.
Extended Support means a reduction under this scheme for which a person is eligible under section 60 or 61;
Extended Support means the limited set of Maintenance Services provided by Seller when certain Supported Products are subject to End of Support.
Extended Support means continued support described in the applicable Service Description provided by Avaya for Products subject to End of Support, except for the End of Support exceptions and limitations listed therein.
