Extended Notes definition

Extended Notes shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.06(f).

Extended Notes means any one of the Extended Notes, resulting from the conversion of a Secured Liquidity Note to an Extended Note pursuant to Section 4.04 of the Security Agreement.

Extended Notes means any one of the Extended Notes resulting from the conversion of a Secured Liquidity Note to an Extended Note pursuant to a SLN Extended Event.
