Definition of Extended Commitment Termination Date


Extended Commitment Termination Date means the earliest of (i) June 7, 2014, (ii) the date on which the Extended Commitments are terminated pursuant to Section 4.1 and (iii) the date on which all amounts outstanding under this Agreement have been declared or have automatically become due and payable (whether by acceleration or otherwise).

Examples of Extended Commitment Termination Date in a sentence

The Company may, by notice to the Administrative Agent (the "Extension Notice") (who shall promptly notify the Lenders) at any time and from time to time request that each Lender extend such Lender's then existing Commitment Termination Date (the "Existing Commitment Termination Date") to the date that is one year after the Commitment Termination Date then in effect for such Lender (the "Extended Commitment Termination Date").
Effective as of the Amendment Effective Date, the Consenting Lenders have extended the final termination of their Commitments to the Extended Commitment Termination Date.
No Letter of Credit may be renewed following the earlier to occur of the Extended Commitment Termination Date and the Termination Date, except to the extent that the relevant Letter of Credit is Cash Collateralized no later than five (5) Business Days prior to the Extended Commitment Termination Date or Termination Date, as applicable, or supported by another letter of credit, in each case pursuant to arrangements reasonably satisfactory to the applicable Issuing Bank and the Administrative Agent.
Unless previously terminated, the Commitments of each Extending Lender with respect to such Extending Lender's Extended Loans shall terminate on the Extended Commitment Termination Date and the Commitments of each Non-Extending Lender with respect to such Non-Extending Lender's Non-Extended Loans shall terminate on the Non-Extended Commitment Termination Date.
Extended Availability Period means the period from and including the Amendment No. 1 Effective Date to but excluding the earlier of the Extended Commitment Termination Date and the date of termination of the Extended Commitments.
