In connection with discussions between the Parties, with respect to the Express Purpose, each Party (as to information disclosed by it, the “Discloser”) agreed to provide the other Party (as to information received by it, the “Recipient” with certain confidential and proprietary information.
The Confidential Information must not be copied or reproduced by the Subcontractor or the permitted recipients without the expressed prior written permission of the Customer, except as for such copies as may be reasonably required for the Express Purpose.
