Exploitation Period definition

Exploitation Period means any and all periods of exploitation during which the production and removal of Hydrocarbons is permitted under the Contract.

More Definitions of Exploitation Period

Exploitation Period with respect to each Game Title covered by the terms hereof means the date commencing on the date hereof and ending the later to occur of (i) the expiration of the Basic Term, or (ii) the date which is three (3) years following the initial release of each such Game Title in the Territory by T2.
