Examples of Expert Panel in a sentence
All members of the Expert Panel must be mutually agreed by the Parties in good faith and as promptly as possible and must be free of any conflicts of interest with respect to either or both Parties.
The Expert Panel shall be constituted and called upon only when required within thirty (30) Days from receipt of a Party of the written notice of the other Party’s decision to refer a matter to the Expert Panel.
All Expert Panel and arbitral awards shall be in writing and shall state the reasons upon which they are based.
The members of the Expert Panel shall develop their own internal conduct and procedural rules based upon principles of transparency, impartiality, and efficiency.
Proceedings of the Expert Panel shall not be required to follow the procedural laws related to arbitrations.
