Expert Panel means a pool of independent medical experts with appropriate knowledge and expertise, appointed by UCI to perform the functions set out in these Regulations on the Eligibility of Transgender Athletes, which will review cases arising under these Regulations.

Examples of Expert Panel in a sentence

  • All members of the Expert Panel must be mutually agreed by the Parties in good faith and as promptly as possible and must be free of any conflicts of interest with respect to either or both Parties.

  • The Expert Panel shall be constituted and called upon only when required within thirty (30) Days from receipt of a Party of the written notice of the other Party’s decision to refer a matter to the Expert Panel.
