Expense definition

Expense means any kind of cost, charge or expense (including all legal costs, charges and expenses) and any applicable value added or other tax;
Expense means attorneys’ fees and all other costs, expenses and obligations paid or incurred in connection with investigating, defending, being a witness in or participating in (including on appeal), or preparing for any of the foregoing, any Proceeding relating to any Indemnifiable Event.

Examples of Expense in a sentence

  • Realized Losses, Expense Losses and interest shortfalls on the Mortgage Loans shall be allocated on the applicable Distribution Date to Certificateholders in the manner set forth in the Pooling and Servicing Agreement.
