Expendable Equipment definition

Expendable Equipment or “Personal Equipment” shall mean all equipment, other than Fixed and Additional Fixed Equipment provided by Licensee.
Expendable Equipment means items utilized in the preparation of food, including, but not limited to, pots and pans, serving trays, dishes, glassware, silverware, linen, mops, brooms, and cleaning supplies. Expendable equipment also includes any item used in the Nonprofit School Nutrition Program with a useful life of more than one meal service and with a purchase value per unit of $4,999.99 or less.
Expendable Equipment or “Personal Equipment” shall mean all equipment and property, other than Fixed and Additional Fixed Equipment.

Examples of Expendable Equipment in a sentence

  • Licensee must acquire and use for the purpose intended any Expendable Equipment which the Commissioner reasonably determines is necessary to the operation of this License.

  • All Additional Fixed Equipment and Expendable Equipment applied toward the Capital Improvements required in this Article shall become the property of Parks upon installation, at Parks’ option.

  • Licensee shall remain liable to the City for any damage to the Licensed Premises caused by the removal of Expendable Equipment from the Licensed Premises.

More Definitions of Expendable Equipment

Expendable Equipment or “Personal Equipment” shall mean all equipment, other than Fixed Equipment, provided by Licensee.
Expendable Equipment means all equipment, other than Fixed Equipment, provided by Licensee.
Expendable Equipment means Equipment that is issued with the intent that it be used nearly every day and which is purchased on a one-year rotation, typically losing its value over the course of one season. Expendable Equipment typically includes, but is not limited to: running shoes, cleats, practice and workout gear (shorts, t-shirts, socks, and compression gear, for example), and practice/travel warm-ups.
Expendable Equipment means all equipment and property of Licensee, other than Additional Fixed Equipment and shall include the following: (i) Boats, including but not limited to, shells, barges and safety launches, and all of their removable components (ii) Boat racks (iii) Storage containers for Row NY program materials (iv) Picnic tables (v) Workshop and gardening tools (vi) Rowing oars (vii) Athletic equipment, including but not limited to, rowing machines, weight racks, free weights and yoga mats (viii) Rowing trailers (ix) Portable generators and power tools (x) Refrigerators and ice makers (xi) Safety equipment, including but not limited to, vhf radios, life jackets, paddles and megaphones
Expendable Equipment means items that cannot be reused or refurbished or recycled.
Expendable Equipment means any expendable item used in the preparation and service of meals such as pots, pans, and cooking and serving utensils used in the Dining Services.
Expendable Equipment means any Equipment including but not limited to gelatine, filters, diffusion materials, nets, ND´s, polar filters, electric light bulbs, filter gels, fuses and Gaffer tape which once used cannot be reused in their originally designed form.
