Exit Facilities Documents means the definitive documents governing the Exit Facilities.

Exit Facilities Documents means the Exit Revolving Credit Facility Documents, the Exit Term Loan Facility Documents, and the Exit Notes Documents, each of which shall be in form and substance reasonably acceptable to the Requisite Consenting Stakeholders and the Debtors.

Exit Facilities Documents means the Exit First Lien Facility Documents and the Exit Second Lien Facility Documents, which shall be subject to the Consenting Creditor Approval Rights.

Exit Facilities Documents means the agreements memorializing the ABL Exit Facility and the Term Loan Exit Facility, including any amendments, modifications, supplements thereto, and together with any related notes, certificates, agreements, intercreditor agreements, security agreements, mortgages, deeds of trust, documents, and instruments (including any amendments, restatements, supplements, or modifications of any of the foregoing) related to or executed in connection with the ABL Exit Facility or the Term Loan Exit Facility.

Exit Facilities Documents means the Exit ABL Facility Documents, the Exit Term Facility Documents, and the Additional Exit Financing Documents (if any).

Exit Facilities Documents means the Amended RBL Credit Agreement, any agreement governing the Alternative Term Loans (if not the Amended RBL Credit Agreement), and any guarantee, security agreement, intercreditor agreement, deed of trust, mortgage, and other relevant documentation entered into with respect to the Exit Facilities.

Exit Facilities Documents means, collectively, the Revolving Exit Facility Documents, the New Senior Secured Term Loan Facility Documents and the New Second Lien Term Loan Facility Documents.
