Existing Warrant definition

Existing Warrant means a “Warrant” as defined in the Existing Purchase Agreement;
Existing Warrant means that certain Class B Warrant No. 2020-01 issued by Xxxxx on or about July 1, 2020, in favor of the BCUK in respect of ten (10) Class B Units of Griid, which warrant has been cancelled and replaced by the Supplemental Warrant.
Existing Warrant means, collectively, (i) the Warrant to purchase Common Stock of the Company, together with the exhibits thereto, dated on or about January 25, 2017 issued by the Company to the Purchaser on January 25, 2017 pursuant to the Original Note Purchase Agreement, and (ii) any warrant issued and delivered by the Company to the Purchaser (or any successors or assigns of the Purchasers) on or after the Closing Date (as such term is defined in the Original Note Purchase Agreement) in substitution, replacement or exchange of the Existing Warrant referred to in clause (i) of this definition, in each case as amended, restated, supplemented or modified from time to time.
