Existing Sublease definition

Existing Sublease means the Aircraft Sublease Agreement, dated the date of the Existing Participation Agreement, between Lessee and Express relating to the Aircraft.
Existing Sublease means, with respect to any Site, any sublease, licenses, leases or other agreements for use of a Tower Location and other space on such Site between BMI and any other Person that is in effect as of the date of the Site Designation Supplement for such Site.

Examples of Existing Sublease in a sentence

  • Any material modifications, amendments and restatements of the Existing Subleases or any Tenant Lease hereafter entered into (but excluding renewals and extensions that do not otherwise materially modify or amend the relevant Existing Sublease or Tenant Lease) must be approved by Lessor in accordance with this Article XXIII.

  • Neither any Owner nor any sublessee in connection with a Disclosed Existing Sublease has granted to any person other than the Administrative Agent an International Interest, national interest, Prospective International Interest, lien, de- registration power of attorney or a de-registration and export request authorization with respect to any Aircraft, Airframe, Engine or Spare Engine other than any Permitted Collateral Liens.

  • In no event shall Lessee grant any purchase options to any subtenants or modify any existing renewal or expansion rights in any Existing Sublease.

  • In the event of any conflict between the terms contained in this Amendment and the Existing Sublease, the terms herein contained shall supersede and control the obligations and liabilities of the parties.
