Existing Service definition

Existing Service means a Service which is described in the Service Level Agreement or which is determined by the JSC (as defined in Section 15) to be an Existing Service.
Existing Service means the broadband internet and/or telephony service that we or a related entity supply to you via the copper network at your Premises. Hardware means a kit containing Required Equipment and Software ordered by you in your Application needed to connect to the Service.
Existing Service means an early childhood service deemed to have been issued a licence under section 319K(1) of the Education Act 1989 at 1 December 2008;

More Definitions of Existing Service

Existing Service means any service listed in the Schedule of Charges in Annex G of the LESO Agreement as of the effective date of that Agreement.

Existing Service means service presently being extended to a customer or which has been extended to a customer within the past six months. A utility shall not require a cash deposit or other guarantee of payment as condition of continuing existing service unless a customer has an unsatisfactory credit or service standing with the utility due to either of the following:

Netphone Service is a VoIP service which we may supply with iiNet VDSL2 Services and is supplied either as Netphone or ULTRA Phone. Specific terms for the Netphone Service are set out in the iiNet Group Phone Service Description.

Related to Existing Service

  • alerting service means a service provided to notify appropriate organisations regarding aircraft in need of search and rescue aid, and assist such organisations as required;
