Existing Seller Notes means the promissory notes listed on Schedule 1.01(b).

Existing Seller Notes means, collectively, each of those certain subordinated promissory notes issued by the Company prior to the Closing Date to: Xxxxxx X. Xxxxxxxxx, D.D.S.; Xxxx X. Xxxxxxx, D.D.S.; Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx, D.M.D.; Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx, D.D.S.; Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx, D.D.S.; Xxxxxxx X. Xxxxxxxxx, D.D.S.; Dental Advisory Group, LLC; DCA Limited Partnership, L.L.P.; and Dental Administrators of Texas Limited Partnership, L.L.P., in an aggregate amount outstanding of $3,650,000 at June 30, 2002 (including principal and interest that has accrued thereunder, but excluding default interest).

Existing Seller Notes means the unsecured Indebtedness of Parent Borrower under each of the unsecured subordinated promissory notes that are listed on Schedule 1.1(b) hereof, in each case, owing to Persons that were holders (or permitted assignees thereof) of the Capital Stock of Image immediately prior to the acquisition of Image by Parent Borrower on October 3, 2013, subject to the Existing Seller Notes Subordination Agreement and as in effect on the Closing Date. The aggregate principal amount of Existing Seller Notes on the Closing Date is $8,617,727.56.

Existing Seller Notes means the subordinated promissory notes, in the aggregate original principal amount of $5,000,000, issued by Sabre in connection with the acquisition of SCC pursuant to a certain Stock Purchase Agreement, dated as of April 17, 2006, among Sabre, SCC, the shareholders of SCC and X.
