Existing Security Agreements definition

Existing Security Agreements means (i) the Security Agreement, dated as of July 10, 2013, by and between the Company and the Purchasers and (ii) the Security Agreement, dated as of November 26, 2013, by and between the Company and the Purchasers, pursuant to which the Company granted security interests in certain property including, without limitation, personal property, as-extracted collateral and proceeds thereof to the Purchasers as further described therein.

Existing Security Agreements means those certain Pledge and Security Agreements or similar agreements listed on the attached Exhibit E executed by the Guarantors in favor of the Administrative Agent for the ratable benefit of the Lenders, as they may be ratified, amended or modified and in effect from time to time.

Examples of Existing Security Agreements in a sentence

• The Company hereby acknowledges and agrees that (a) the security interests granted to the Purchasers pursuant to the Existing Security Agreements applies to and covers the obligations of the Company to the Purchasers evidenced by the Debentures and (b) the liens granted to the Purchasers pursuant to the Existing Mortgages applies to and covers the obligations of the Company to the Purchasers evidenced by the Debentures.

More Definitions of Existing Security Agreements

Existing Security Agreements means the security agreements described on Schedule 1.61 hereto, as the same now exist or may hereafter be amended, modified, supplemented, extended, renewed, restated or replaced.
