Existing Second Lien Notes definition

Existing Second Lien Notes means the Issuer’s 10.00% Second-Priority Senior Secured Notes due 2018 and the 10.00% Second-Priority Senior Secured Notes due 2015 issued pursuant to the Existing Second Lien Notes Indenture.
Existing Second Lien Notes means the Borrower’s 8.000% Senior Secured Notes due 2021, issued under the Second Lien Notes Indenture on April 16, 2014.
