Existing Second Lien Notes definition

Existing Second Lien Notes means the Issuer’s 10.00% Second-Priority Senior Secured Notes due 2018 and the 10.00% Second-Priority Senior Secured Notes due 2015 issued pursuant to the Existing Second Lien Notes Indenture.

Existing Second Lien Notes means the Borrower’s 8.000% Senior Secured Notes due 2021, issued under the Second Lien Notes Indenture on April 16, 2014.

Existing Second Lien Notes means the 9.125% Senior Secured Second Priority Notes issued pursuant to that certain indenture dated as of April 28, 2016 (as amended, restated, amended and restated, extended, supplemented, or otherwise modified from time to time) by and among ION, as issuer, each of the guarantors party thereto, and Wilmington Savings Fund Society, FSB, as trustee.

Existing Second Lien Notes means (i) the Second-Priority Senior Secured Floating Rate Notes due 2014 issued by Hexion U.S. Finance Corp. and Hexion Nova Scotia Finance, ULC and (ii) the Existing Fixed Rate Second Lien Notes.
