Existing Royalties definition

Existing Royalties has the meaning set forth in Section 6.4.3.

More Definitions of Existing Royalties

Existing Royalties means those particular royalties encumbering the Property as of the Closing Date and defined herein as the Xxxxxxxx Royalty, the Xxxxxxxx-Xxxxx Royalty, the ARO-NV Third Party Royalty, the ARO-NV-Xxxxxx Royalty and the TXAU-Xxxxxx Royalty and no others;

Existing Royalties means (i) the CFEM statutory royalty imposed by Laws 7990/1989 and 8001/1990 (as amended), which is currently set at 1.5% of gross revenue, and may be amended from time to time by a Governmental Authority; (ii) a landowner royalty on any of the Mining Properties that is provided for in the Brazilian Mining Code (Decree-law No. 227/1967); and (iii) any royalty granted by the Mine Owner to a third party seller of any interest in the Mining Properties set out in Schedule A, Part 2 on acquisition of such interest by Mine Owner.
Existing Royalties means the various royalties set forth in Schedule "C" hereto payable by, as applicable, Argonaut or Richmont on production from the, as applicable, Argonaut Transferred Property or Richmont Transferred Property pursuant to the provisions of the Existing Agreements.
