Existing Program definition

Existing Program means each of (a) the AADC Program and (b) the FA Program.
Existing Program means a currently funded and operating program, as described in Subsections 53E-3-508(1)(a) and (b).
Existing Program means an affiliates program (other than the GeoCities Affiliates Program): established and operated by or on behalf of a merchant prior to integration of the merchant into the GeoCities Affiliates Program.

More Definitions of Existing Program

Existing Program means the AARP group health insurance program provided by Prudential as of the date hereof, including without limitation the health insurance component thereof.
