Existing Management Agreements definition

Existing Management Agreements means the management agreements listed on Schedule 1.01(c).

Existing Management Agreements means, collectively, (a) each agreement set forth on Schedule V hereto, pursuant to which the Existing Property Manager is to provide property management and other services with respect to the Properties and (b) that certain Assignment of Management Agreement, dated as of the Closing Date, by the Borrowers and the Existing Property Manager.

Existing Management Agreements means the management agreements identified in Section 1.07(b) of the Citadel Disclosure Letter, insofar as they relate to the SpinCo Vessels.

More Definitions of Existing Management Agreements

Existing Management Agreements means the Management Agreements existing on the Issue Date and entered into between CMA Ships and the Issuer pursuant to which CMA Ships provides day-to-day technical ship management services, as each such agreement is amended through the Issue Date and as such agreement may be amended, modified, supplemented, replaced, extended or renewed from time to time in compliance with clause (7) of the “Transactions with Affiliates” covenant.

Existing Management Agreements means, collectively, each of the Crown Ridge Existing Management Agreement, the Canyon Springs Existing Management Agreement, the Cascades I Existing Management Agreement, the Cascades II Existing Management Agreement and the Cibolo Canyon Existing Management Agreement.

Existing Management Agreements means the existing management agreements set forth in Exhibit 6 between the Debtors or the non-debtor management company Affiliates of the Debtors, on the one hand, and the Transaction HoldCos or their Subsidiaries, on the other hand.
