Existing Inventory definition

Existing Inventory has the meaning set forth in Section 7.7(c).

Examples of Existing Inventory in a sentence

  • The Existing Inventory which originated from FC, will be sold to FC at the original cost less the original commission paid to Xponential for those goods within sixty (60) days of the link being completed between the Xponential Mall and 33T’s SAP.

  • The balance of the Existing Inventory shall be sold to FC at 75% of Xponential’s landed cost, including duties, freight, taxes, etc.

More Definitions of Existing Inventory

Existing Inventory has the meaning set forth in Section 4.4.
Existing Inventory means inventory of finished Product (together with any Product packaging materials thereon) owned by AstraZeneca or any of its Affiliates as of Closing that is labeled and held for sale in the Horizon Territory and has not been shipped to a wholesaler or distributor prior to the Closing.
