Existing Inventory definition
Existing Inventory has the meaning set forth in Section 7.7(c).

Examples of Existing Inventory in a sentence
The Existing Inventory which originated from FC, will be sold to FC at the original cost less the original commission paid to Xponential for those goods within sixty (60) days of the link being completed between the Xponential Mall and 33T’s SAP.
The balance of the Existing Inventory shall be sold to FC at 75% of Xponential’s landed cost, including duties, freight, taxes, etc.
