Existing Fund definition

Existing Fund means a “Fund” under the Existing Loan Agreement.
Existing Fund means a benefit fund existing before a restructure under this Division takes effect, other than a benefit fund of a society that has commenced to be wound up under Part 9;

Examples of Existing Fund in a sentence

  • Subject to applicable law and/or in accordance with any relief granted by the SEC, the Company may invest in Portfolio Companies where an Existing Fund or other Affiliates of the Adviser simultaneously hold or are acquiring equity or debt securities or where an Affiliate of the foregoing may be an investor in the Company.

  • The Existing Fund will transfer to the Palestinian Fund, after the assumption of the above mentioned responsibilities by it, the premiums paid to the Existing Fund by the insurers for vehicles registered in the Areas, pro-rata to the unexpired period of each insurance policy.

More Definitions of Existing Fund

Existing Fund means each Fund which appears on Schedule 2 to the Credit Agreement as in effect immediately prior to the Amendment Effective Date (defined below), (ii) “Continuing Fund” means each Existing Fund which appears on Schedule 2 to this Amendment, (iii) “New Fund” means each Series which does not appear on Schedule 2 to the Credit Agreement as in effect immediately prior to the Amendment Effective Date and which does appear on Schedule 2 to this Amendment, (iv) “Existing Borrower” means each Borrower immediately prior to the Amendment Effective Date, (v) “Continuing Borrower” means an Existing Borrower that will be a Borrower on the Amendment Effective Date, (vi) “New Borrower” means a Series Borrower acting on behalf of and for the account of a New Fund, and (vii) “Amendment Borrowers” means each Continuing Borrower and each New Borrower.
Existing Fund means a fund which was established and has been approved by the Commissioner of Taxes in terms of section 13 of the Income Tax Act [Chapter 23:06] before the appointed day;
Existing Fund means any fund approved by the Insurance and Superannuation Commission to which the employer is making contributions on behalf of an employee at the time of the making of this agreement.
