Existing CDA definition

Existing CDA has the meaning set forth in Section 15.2.

• The Parties agree that, effective as of the Effective Date, the Existing CDA shall be superseded by this Agreement, and that disclosures made prior to the Effective Date pursuant to the Confidentiality Agreement shall be subject to the confidentiality and non-use provisions of this Agreement.
