Existing Articles definition

Existing Articles means Amended and Restated Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Company in effect as of the date hereof.

Existing Articles means the Third Amended and Restated Articles of Incorporation of the Company in the form attached hereto and incorporated herein as Schedule 3.1-1.

Existing Articles shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.

More Definitions of Existing Articles

Existing Articles means the Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Company adopted on September 30, 2014, as may be amended from time to time.

Existing Articles means the Twelfth Amended and Restated Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Company;
