Existing Advances definition

Existing Advances means Advances made under the Prior Credit Agreement (as defined therein) which are outstanding on the Effective Date.
Existing Advances has the meaning given in Section 2.1(d).

Existing Advances means the Advances (as defined in the Existing Credit Agreement) made under the Existing Credit Agreement and outstanding as of the Amendment and Restatement Date.
