Existing 2025 Notes otherwise roll on existing terms as part of the Restructuring Transaction.
A third-priority lien against the same collateral securing the New Money 2025 Notes (for the avoidance of doubt, the (i) collateral currently securing the Existing 2025 Notes will remain a first priority lien in relation to such collateral (the “Existing 2025 Notes Priority Collateral”) and (ii) the Existing 2025 Notes will have a second priority lien over the New Money Notes Priority Collateral).
