Examples of Exercising Partner in a sentence
If Rights shall be exercised with respect to more than one Offered Partnership Unit at one time by the same Exercising Partner, the number of full shares of Common Stock comprising the Stock Purchase Price (or the cash equivalent amount thereof to the extent the Cash Purchase Price is paid) shall be computed on the basis of the aggregate number of Offered Partnership Units.
The "Cash Purchase Price" shall mean an amount of cash (in immediately available funds) equal to (i) the number of shares of Common Stock that would be issued to the Exercising Partner if the Stock Purchase Price were paid for such Offered Partnership Units, multiplied by (ii) the Current Per Share Market Price computed as of the Computation Date.
