Exercise Window definition

Exercise Window means the period of time during which an Exercise order in relation to Options Contracts can be sent in accordance with the particular Options Contract specifications;
Exercise Window means, (a) as to Holders who are MCK Members (or their Permitted Transferees), any period of time during which the MCK Members (or their Permitted Transferees) may Transfer Units or Registrable Securities, as applicable, pursuant to the exercise of registration rights as set forth in Section 9.01(b) of the LLC Agreement and (b) as to Holders who are Echo Shareholders (or their Permitted Transferees) (including the Sponsor Holders), any period of time during which Echo Shareholders may Transfer Units or Registrable Securities, as applicable, pursuant to the exercise of registration rights as set forth in Section 9.01(b) of the LLC Agreement.
