Exercise Expenses definition

Exercise Expenses means any charges or expenses including any taxes or duties which are incurred in respect of the exercise of the Warrants;
Exercise Expenses means any charges or expenses including any taxes or duties which are incurred in respect of the early expiration of CBBCs upon the occurrence of a Mandatory Call Event or exercise of the CBBCs upon expiry.
Exercise Expenses means, in respect of each series of Structured Products, any charges or expenses (including any taxes or duties) which are incurred in respect of the exercise of a Board Lot of Structured Products;

Examples of Exercise Expenses in a sentence

  • Not to exceed: $100,000 Project A Training and Exercises Exercises Approved Exercise Expenses: Reimbursements for ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ eligible and Bay Area SUASI pre- approved exercise expenses.

  • Warrantholders will be required to pay all charges (including any taxes if applicable) which are incurred in respect of the exercise of the Warrants (the " Exercise Expenses").

  • An amount equivalent to the Exercise Expenses will be deducted by the Issuer from the Cash Settlement Amount in accordance with Condition 4.

  • An amount based on the Fair Market Value of the Warrant (plus, if already paid, the Actual Exercise Price, the Exercise Cost and the Exercise Expenses) will be paid as a minimum to compensate the Warrant Holder.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Warrantholders shall account to the Issuer on demand for any Exercise Expenses to the extent that they were not or could not be deducted from the Cash Settlement Amount prior to the date of payment of the Cash Settlement Amount to the Warrantholders in accordance with Condition 4.


More Definitions of Exercise Expenses

Exercise Expenses means any charges or expenses including any taxes or duties which are incurred in respect of the exercise of a Board Lot of CBBCs;
Exercise Expenses means any charges or expenses including any taxes or duties which are incurred or withheld in respect of the expiry of the CBBCs or the occurrence of a Mandatory Call Event (as the case may be);
Exercise Expenses means charges or expenses including taxes or duties which are incurred in respect of or in connection with the exercise of the Structured Warrants. Such expenses shall include without limitation any transaction fee charged by Bursa Depository, stamp duty, processing fee charged by Warrant Registrar and administrative cost.
Exercise Expenses means all taxes, duties and/or expenses, including all applicable depository, transaction or exercise charges, stamp duties, stamp duty reserve tax, issue, registration, securities transfer and/or other taxes or duties, arising in connection with (i) the Mandatory Call Termination (not applicable in the case of Category N CBBCs) or Automatic Exercise of such CBBC and/or (ii) any payment due following Mandatory Call Termination or Automatic Exercise in respect of such CBBC;
Exercise Expenses means all STT, stamp duty and other direct costs and charges (not including the Issuer’s administration costs) of transferring one Underlying Parcel to a Holder following exercise of the Specified Number of Warrants which, unless the Issuer notifies Holders that a higher amount is applicable before the Actual Exercise Date in relation to a Warrant, may be assumed by the Holder to be 0.25% of the Exercise Price for each Specified Number of Warrants exercised;
Exercise Expenses means taxes, duties and/or expenses, including any applicable depository charges, transaction (including stock exchange transaction) or exercise charges, stamp duty, stamp duty reserve tax, issue, registration, securities transfer and/or other taxes or duties arising in connection with the exercise of the Warrants and/or the delivery or transfer of the Entitlement pursuant to the terms of such Warrants;
Exercise Expenses means in relation to the exercise of a Group of Warrants, all STT and other direct costs and charges (not including the Issuer’s administration costs) of transferring the relevant Underlying Parcel to a Holder, or the Issuer taking delivery of the relevant Underlying Parcel, or the payment of the Cash Settlement Amount by the Issuer, as the case may be;
