Exercise Day means the day written notice of the exercise of an Option is received by the Corporation;
Exercise Day means the day specified in the Confirmation on which the exercise of the option becomes effective. If the agreed Exercise Day is not a Business Day, the Exercise Day shall be the next following Business Day;
Examples of Exercise Day in a sentence
If the exercise of the Exercise Right by the Security Holder is suspended on an Exercise Day according to the previous sentence, the Exercise Right will however be automatically ex- ercised on the Final Valuation Date pursuant to paragraph (1) of this § 3.
If the exercise of the Exercise Right is suspended on an Exercise Day according to the previous sentence, the Exercise Date will be postponed to the first Banking Day after such suspension.

More Definitions of Exercise Day
Exercise Day means each Scheduled Trading Day on which the Securities Option is exercised or is deemed to have been exercised;
