Exercise Day definition

Exercise Day means the day written notice of the exercise of an Option is received by the Corporation;
Exercise Day means the Business Day on which the exercise of the related option becomes effective;
Exercise Day means the day specified in the Confirmation on which the exercise of the option becomes effective. If the agreed Exercise Day is not a Business Day, the Exercise Day shall be the next following Business Day;
