Executive Options definition

Executive Options means the options to acquire Common Stock issued as such under the Company's Stock Option Plan.
Executive Options. - means options granted and approved by Bentley stockholders in 1996 to Bentley’s then executive officers, Messrs. Murphy, Price and Stote, outside of any stock option plan.

More Definitions of Executive Options

Executive Options means the “Options” as defined in and granted pursuant to the Executive Option Documents;

Executive Options means the stock options granted to the Executives on September 4, 1991 which have not been exercised as of the date hereof (which stock options are exercisable into an aggregate of 333,333 shares of Common Stock).
