If a County 9 Supervisor objects to the decision of the Director of Human Resources within 10 seven working days of receiving this report, the reclassification shall be held in 11 abeyance until resolved by the County Board upon recommendation of the 12 Personnel Committee, and subsequent County Executive action.
The decision to proceed with further Executive action is solely that of the Director.
