The exclusive (including as to MacMark and Equilink) right and license to promote, advertise, merchandise, offer for sale, sell, and distribute all MacGregor-branded Products, through all Channels of Trade other than a Brick and Mortar Retail Store, to Exclusive Customers located in the Domestic Territory.
Supplier will not actively sell or distribute Exclusive Products, whether through resellers or under its own name and brands, to Purchaser Exclusive Customers.
