Excluded Warranties definition

Excluded Warranties shall have the meaning set forth in Section 11.3.
Excluded Warranties means the Warranties set out in paragraphs 2, 6.1.1 (only with respect to the ownership of Material Trademarks) and 9.2 (only with respect to the ownership of Material Assets) of Schedule 3 Part A.

Excluded Warranties means the representations and warranties made by the Seller in Sections 6.23 (Anti-Corruption) and 6.24 (Antisocial Forces).
