Excluded Time definition

Excluded Time for a licence means any period during which the licence was in force because of section 90, 91, 92 or 93.
Excluded Time for a licence means any period during which the licence was in force prior to the disruption period.
Excluded Time means the time, in minutes, described in the section entitled “Exclusions” below.

More Definitions of Excluded Time

Excluded Time for a WTG means downtime (in hours) attributable to any of the following provided they are not attributable to the failure to reasonably mitigate Force Majeure events by the Contractor, or negligence (including, without limitation, failure to plan appropriately) or willful misconduct of the Contractor: weather conditions that preclude site or WTG access, grid connection problems, curtailment to zero output, major components failures “Reference Hours” is 24 hours multiplied by the number of days in Annual Reference Period. For the last Annual Reference Period of the Term, Covered Unit Availability shall be adjusted in proportion to the period of time in days between the start of the Annual Reference Period and the last day of the Term.
Excluded Time means any period during which fault resolution is affected by reason of the Company’s inability to gain access to a Site or the Client’s failure to comply with the Company’s instructions or to take requested action or provide information needed to investigate and/or restore Services.
