Buyer further agrees that any and all permitted use of the Excluded Marks pursuant to this Agreement shall inure to the sole and exclusive benefit of Seller.

Specific items to be destroyed or returned include items with Excluded Marks affixed to them including giveaways; order, purchase or materials forms; requisitions; invoices; statements; time sheets/labor reports; ▇▇▇▇ inserts; stationery; personalized note pads; maps; organization charts; bulletins/releases; sales/price literature; manuals or catalogs; report covers/folders; program materials; and materials such as media contact lists/cards.
