Exchange User means an owner of a time period in another time sharing program who occupies a Villa pursuant to an Exchange Program.
Exchange User. Means an owner of a use period in another exchange program or resort who may exchange time in another resort for use of Use Period(s) in the Club Projects pursuant to an Exchange Program.
