Exchange Transactions definition

Exchange Transactions means, collectively, the transactions that have or will occur pursuant to the Exchange Transaction Documents.
Exchange Transactions means all buy and sell transactions in securities effected by investment dealers on the Exchange through the ATS.
Exchange Transactions has the meaning set forth in the recitals.
