Exchange Guarantees definition

Exchange Guarantees. The guarantees to be issued by the Guarantors, relating to the Exchange Notes.
Exchange Guarantees means the Guarantees of the Exchange Notes issued in the Registered Exchange Offer.
Exchange Guarantees means the Guarantor's unconditional guarantee of principal, premium, if any, and interest of the Exchange Notes containing terms identical in all material respects to the Guarantees.

  • When the Exchange Notes have been authenticated in the manner provided for in the Indenture and issued and delivered in accordance with the terms of the Indenture, the Registration Rights Agreement and the Exchange Offer, the Exchange Guarantees will constitute valid and legally binding agreements of the Guarantors, and will be entitled to the benefits of the Indenture.

More Definitions of Exchange Guarantees

Exchange Guarantees means the guarantees of the Exchange Securities by the Guarantors under the Indenture.
