The interest amount of the Notes may be repaid by the Borrower, whether by prepayment or upon maturity in cash or, if the Exchange Condition (as defined in the Exchange Agreement) has been satisfied, in shares of the Purchaser's common stock having a Fair Value equal to the amount of interest latest then owed.
If the Exchange Condition has been met, at the option of the Borrower, the Borrower may exchange the Pledged Collateral (in whole but not in part), for the Notes.
